My approach to psychotherapy is integrative and individualized. I use mindfulness practices, positive psychology and somatic experiencing with cognitive behavior, expressive and cinema therapies to help others overcome obstacles, manage challenges, and make positive changes in themselves and in their lives.
I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, stress, trauma, panic attacks, phobias, obsessions and compulsions,
grief and loss, and depression.
